Founders

Eric Dupéré has been a businessman and a private investor for over 25 years.

In 1991 he founded BDH Tech, a company specialized in air and liquid filtration. BDH quickly became the leader in Canada. On the international platform, it is renowned for its patented technological innovations.

In 2006, BDH became the North American R&D center of a Suisse group. Afterwards, M. Dupéré assisted various Quebec companies in restructuring processes, sales and acquisitions, and strategic planning.

Guy Néron has over 30 years of experience in production and project management within large companies. Holder of a bachelor degree in electrical engineering and member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, M. Néron has been selected for the Corporate Management Development Program of Alcan Canada for his contribution and his dedication to the company’s success. He has also been a manager of a plant and was a member of the management committee for the same company in the Alcan Cable division. Moreover, M. Néron participated in the start-up of a Rio-Tinto Alcan factory in Middle East as a production manager.

Denis Labranche has over 25 years of experience in the field of design and manufacturing of machined parts. Holder of a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, M Labranche has been a member of the regrouping of business leaders in the Haute Yamaska region. His knowledge in the various industrial fields makes him an important element to the success and growth of the company.

Ouellet has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing of machined parts. He first began as a machinist before pursuing his evolution in manufacturing methods and, ultimately, sales director. Holder of a college degree in mechanical engineering and member of the young entrepreneurs of Estrie, M. Ouellet brings an important contribution to the success and growth of the company.

Ms. Renée Buonocore has over 25 years of experience in production support within large companies. Holder of a bachelor degree in metallurgical engineering and member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec, Ms. Buonocore has especially worked in the field of quality control, product development and continuous improvement. Her assiduous work and her professional skills led her to be chosen for the Corporate Management Development Program for Alcan Canada in addition to being accredited Black Belt of the Lean Six Sigma program. Ms. Buonocore also participated in the start-up of a Rio-Tinto Alcan factory in Middle East with the responsibility of implementing the continuous improvement program.

Alain Curadeau has over 30 years of experience in production management and control. Besides being renowned in the industrial environment, his expertise in the fields of machining, assembly and other special processes, such as welding, makes him an expert for solving issues of high complexity.

Tuan Dac Nguyen has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing of machined parts.  Recognized for his expertise, he helped develop the training guide for qualified machinists in collaboration with the Quebec government.  His expertise and support continues to ensure the quality of our production team.

As a private international investor, Tuan Dac Nguyen chairs state-of-the-art product development teams.

Jean-Sébastien Pelchat has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing of machined parts. With college and technical training in machining he started his career in manufacturing engineering which expanded into sales and estimation. His passion, experience and network makes him an asset in the continuing growth of this company.
